Shipping conditions

At EroticFeel Worldwide we take great care to ensure that your orders arrive on time and in optimum condition. That’s why all the products you purchase on our website leave our own warehouse and never from those of third parties. This is how we can guarantee maximum availability, reduced delivery time and that your goods arrive in perfect condition and with completely neutral packaging. 

Packaging

There's no need to worry — your secret is safe with us. Although we'd love to amaze you with some beautifully presented packaging when you receive you order — we'll reserve the surprise for inside the box! Our boxes are made of plain, brown cardboard and only include a label form the shipping company. You won't see 'EroticFeel' on the return address either. Anonymity is absolutely guaranteed.

Availability

On each product card on our website, you'll find a label indicating the quickest delivery time (i.e. the earliest arrival date for your order if the ‘priority delivery’ option is selected). So, if you're in a hurry, make sure you consult the label on the product card. Don't forget to select ‘priority delivery’ afterwards!

We'll only show you an exact delivery date if the product is stocked in our warehouse. However, if an interval of working days is shown, it means that the product is on its way to our warehouse from the supplier. So, you'll be able to make your order, but we won't be able give you a guaranteed delivery date.

Additionally, the label that appears above the date will read "Available" if we currently have the item in stock. "Available Pre-Purchase" means that the item will be arriving shortly and is currently available to purchase.

Finally, if the product is out of stock in our warehouse, and we do not have any units on the way, you will not be able to make your order. You may, however, provide us with your email address so that we can notify you as soon as we receive it.

Shipping areas

EroticFeel Worldwide is a 100% Spanish website, but we ship worldwide. However, the worldwide version of this website only delivers to those countries that we don't have a country-specific version for. Use your country-specific website to make your purchase in local currency and avoid any customs worries. Please note: on the top right hand side of the website (or at the bottom if you are on a mobile phone), you will find a country selector that will take you to the website of the selected country.

European Union

Shipping will cost from $14.50 for orders weighing only 1Kg and will increase as the weight increases. You will see the total price in the shopping cart with the added cost based on the weight of the products included. Orders to the European Union are not subject to customs duties. We ship from Spain and your order will take 1 to 3 days to arrive via DHL Express.

Europe (non-EU) and Middle East

Shipping will cost from $15.95 for orders weighing only 1Kg and will increase as the weight increases. In the shopping cart you will see the final price taking into account the weight of the products added to the cart. Shipments will be sent by DHL Express and will take 1-3 days to arrive, but please be aware that DHL may require you to pay the applicable customs duties and taxes.

North America

Shipping will start at $17.95 for orders weighing only 1Kg and will increase as the weight increases. You will see the total price in the shopping cart with the added cost based on the weight of the products included. Shipments will be sent by DHL Express and will take 2 to 5 days to reach you but be aware that DHL may require you to pay the applicable customs duties and taxes.

South America, Central America, Oceania and Asia

Shipping will start at $19.50 for orders weighing only 1Kg and will increase as the weight increases. Shipping will start at $27.95 for orders weighing only 1Kg and will increase as the weight increases. Shipments will be sent by DHL Express and will take 2 to 5 days to reach you but be aware that DHL may require you to pay the applicable customs duties and taxes.

Shipping companies

Under normal conditions, all orders are processed on the same day they are placed — provided that the purchase is made before 1pm (Spain time). Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that this will be met. That's why when standard delivery is selected, we always provide a time interval in which you will receive your order

We use DHL, whose shipping service is the most efficient there is, to get your order to you. When we send your order, we will send you an email specifying the specific company we have used and the tracking number. In addition, DHL will send you an email so that you can modify the delivery date or even the place of delivery.

We will do our utmost to ensure that transport companies comply with the deadlines mentioned above. However, if these deadlines are not met due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for the delay.

The item will be deemed to have been delivered when you sign the delivery receipt. If you do not receive your order within 30 days, the package will be presumed. We will be liable for the loss, refunding the price of the product or replacing it with another product of the same price.

Receipt of wrong order or package in bad condition

Please bear in mind that once you receive the package, you have a maximum of 5 calendar days to verify that you have received the correct item and that it is not damaged. This is the time limit given to us by insurers in order to file a claim. Of course, this period only applies to claims related to deliveries. For instance, when an item has been clearly damaged in transit, or in the event that an error has occurred in our warehouse and you have not received what you ordered.

Customs and entry restrictions

Remember that we ship from Spain and therefore, all items must pass through customs in your country (unless your country is in the European Union or is covered by a special agreement that ensures this does not occur). EroticFeel Worldwide ships worldwide, therefore, we are unable to add these costs to your order. It is the customer's responsibility to settle these costs at customs.

It is also possible that your order may not be accepted by customs in your country, as there are restrictions on some products. The most problematic are usually lubricants, liquids and sprays. Sex toys, on the other hand, are not usually a problem.

Customs and packaging

As shipments to Spain are subject to customs, orders must carry a copy of the purchase invoice in an envelope attached to the box. Needless to say, these invoices are placed in a way that makes it impossible to see what is written on them from the outside. However, many orders already work with a PAPERLESS system. This way, the invoice is sent to the customs agent electronically and we avoid having to attach it to the package.

Customs rejections

In the event that the package is rejected by customs, either because you are unwilling to pay the import charges or because what you purchased is prohibited from being imported into your country, you will be refunded the amount of the order (not including the shipping costs). In addition, $24.95 will be deducted to cover the cost of returning the goods. This amount will be deducted when refunding your order.
