Although we'd love to amaze you with some beautifully presented packaging when you receive you order — we'll reserve the surprise for inside the box! Our boxes are made of plain, brown cardboard and only include a label form the shipping company. You won't see 'EroticFeel USA' on the return address either. Anonymity is absolutely guaranteed.
On each product card on our website, you'll find a label indicating the quickest delivery time (i.e. the earliest arrival date for your order if the ‘priority delivery’ option is selected). So, if you're in a hurry, make sure you consult the label on the product card. Don't forget to select ‘priority delivery’ afterwards!
We'll only show you an exact delivery date if the product is stocked in our warehouse. However, if an interval of working days is shown, it means that the product is on its way to our warehouse from the supplier. So, you'll be able to make your order, but we won't be able give you a guaranteed delivery date.
Additionally, the label that appears above the date will read "Available" if we currently have the item in stock . "Available Pre-Purchase" means that the item will be arriving shortly and is currently available to purchase.
Finally, if the product is out of stock in our warehouse, and we do not have any units on the way, you will not be able to make your order. You may, however, provide us with your email address so that we can notify you as soon as we receive it.

As our warehouse is located in Spain, all packages will leave from there. Therefore, delivery times will be approximately 3-4 days to major cities. In the case of the USA, we only have a single delivery zone that covers the entire country.

All deliveries are free of charge, provided the order amounts to a sum of at least $38 (after any discounts have already been applied). However, you may still purchase from us if your order does not reach that amount. If your order comes to at least $22, you may pay $10 for standard delivery. if your order does not reach that amount, the cost for standard delivery is $17. Not bad, right?
If your order is very urgent, we provide you with the option of priority delivery for a fee of $3. This will be added to the cost of standard delivery. These shipments are processed much faster in our warehouse, allowing us to reduce delivery time by 1 or 2 days (depending on the time of year).
Under normal conditions, all orders are processed on the same day they are placed — provided that the purchase is made before 1pm (Spain time). Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that this will be met for non-priority shipping. That's why when standard delivery is selected, we always provide a time interval in which you will receive your order. If you’re in a hurry to receive your order — choose priority shipping. These orders are processed on the day they are placed.
We use DHL, whose shipping service is the most efficient there is, to get your order to you. When we send your order, we will send you an email specifying the specific company we have used and the tracking number. In addition, DHL will send you an email so that you can modify the delivery date or even the place of delivery.
All shipments, whether priority or not, will always be accompanied by a tracking number, and couriers will make two delivery attempts for the address provided.
We will do our utmost to ensure that transport companies comply with the deadlines mentioned above. However, if these deadlines are not met due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for the delay.
The item will be deemed to have been delivered when you sign the delivery receipt. If you do not receive your order within 30 days, the package will be presumed. We we will be liable for the loss, refunding the price of the product or replacing the it with another product of the same price.
Please bear in mind that once you receive the package, you have a maximum of 5 calendar days to verify that you have received the correct item and that it is not damaged. This is the time limit given to us by insurers in order to file a claim. Of course, this period only applies to claims related to deliveries. For instance, when an item has been clearly damaged in transit, or in the event that an error has occurred in our warehouse and you have not received what you ordered.
Remember that we ship from Spain and therefore, all items must pass through customs in your country. We make it easy for you — keep in mind that you will never have to pay anything at customs. If this is not the case, please contact us and you will be reimbursed for any charges incurred.
Our packages are shipped with all customs charges paid in advance — so DHL should never charge you any extra fees. Naturally, there are certain fees and taxes that must be paid at customs. However, these are already accounted for when you make your order on our website. Our prices are final — with no surprises.
Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, an order can be delayed or blocked at customs. This is rarely the case, but unfortunately, we cannot 100% guarantee that this will not occur. Occasionally, customs in the USA may place restrictions on certain products and prevent their entry. When this occurs, the items concerned are withdrawn from sale. However, due to the constantly changing nature of legislation, a product that has previously been authorised for export may at some point be restricted. Occasionally, we may not be made aware of a change in time to withdraw a product from our website before purchase.
As shipments to the USA are subject to customs, orders must carry a copy of the purchase invoice in an envelope attached to the box. Needless to say, these invoices are placed in a way that makes it impossible to see what is written on them from the outside. However, many orders already work with a PAPERLESS system. This way, the invoice is sent to the customs agent electronically and we avoid having to attach it to the package.
